Many acting workshops are held about two hours away from Manhattan in the Pocono Mountains at our beautiful retreat house. Meals are catered,transportation is provided and the accommodations are luxurious, and yet our workshops are not too expensive. The retreat environment, far away from the bustle of New York, provides intense immersion in the work -- with profound results.

We work in a brand new, seven bedroom house, with: a jacuzzi in the house; a barbecue grill on the large sundeck; beautiful Lake Harmony just a three minute walk away with boating and swimming; skiing in the winter; a state park and forest reserve just five minutes away; many restaurants nearby; a quiet, rural community; deer all over the place; beautiful trees and beautiful sky; amazing actors; HD movies; wireless internet; billiards, foosball and ping-pong in the house...and so much more.

Typically, the workshops run from Friday evening through Sunday evening. The following is an example of a schedule:

Friday at 6:30 p.m. -- Board the van to leave for Lake Harmony.
8:30 p.m. -- Arrive at the House: Orientation and Fun for the evening.

Saturday at 9:00 a.m. -- Catered Breakfast
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. -- Work
12:30 - 3:30 p.m. -- Catered Lunch, Fun, Rest and Whatever...
3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. -- Work
7:30 p.m.-- Dinner and Fun for the evening

Sunday at 9:00 a.m. -- Breakfast, Morning Meditation, Walk Fun, or Rest
10:30 a.m. -- 1:30 p.m. -- Work
1:30 p.m. -- 3:00 p.m. -- Lunch, Fun and Rest
3:00 p.m. -- 7:00 p.m. -- Work
9:00 p.m. -- Arrive back in New York to get plenty of rest for Monday

The accommodations at Lake Harmony, including everything above, add only about $175 to the cost of our New York acting workshops! It's a dream come true.
